Sitra Global Pte Ltd is based in Singapore, with our wholly-owned manufacturing facility in Indonesia. This allows us to manage international customers from Singapore while supplying directly from Indonesia.
PRODUCTS & ORDERS
Sitra Global supplies a wide range of timber products for outdoor, indoor and industrial applications. Our product range includes decking, deck and garden tiles, fencing and trellises, planter boxes and garden accessories, garden furniture, indoor wall panels, solid and engineered flooring, skirting, cladding, mouldings, shiplap, laminated scantlings, finger-jointed laminated boards, solid truck flooring and timber planks.Products are available in a variety of timber species depending on the product, specification and order requirements.
Yes. Our range includes products for exterior applications such as decking, fencing and garden furniture, as well as interior products such as flooring, wall panels, skirting and mouldings.
Our decking boards are generally available in lengths from approximately 8 ft to 16 ft and 1.8m to 5.7m depending on the timber species, dimensions and order requirements.
Our standard minimum order quantity is generally one 20 ft or 40 ft container. The exact MOQ depends on the product, timber species, dimensions and specifications required.
Yes. We can provide samples for your evaluation upon placement of an order.

Certification availability varies by species. Merbau and Bangkirai are available with FSC and SVLK certification. Kapur, Keruing, Teak and Dark Red Meranti are available with SVLK certification, while our Rubberwood sourced from Vietnam is available with PEFC certification. Please contact us with further questions.
Yes. We can provide export documentation such as a Certificate of Origin, Fumigation Certificate and Phytosanitary Certificate upon request. Documentation requirements vary by destination country, so please let us know which documents you require when placing your enquiry or order.
Our products are generally packed securely on export pallets. Packaging can vary depending on the product, dimensions and destination requirements.
